GENERAL TERMS OF TRADE

Minimum order value is £100 plus VAT plus p&p. Carriage paid order value in mainland U.K. is £200 plus VAT. First order on pro-forma only.  Minimum quantity is three pieces per style if under £7 or two items per style if over £7. (Mixed colours allowed.)

Items may vary in colour and size due to photography

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All goods sold are the property of Ukwenza until full payment is received.The ownership of goods sold does not pass to the buyer until paid for in full, but the goods will be at the buyers risk once delivered.
All products are subject to availability.

We will exchange a faulty item if returned within a reasonable period, provided that it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault or the damage occurred prior to delivery. Items mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced. All correctly supplied goods will incur a handling charge of 15%, if returned for credit.

Notice of non-delivery must be given within 7 working days of invoice date. No claims will be entertained for pilferage or damage unless we are notified, immediately by phone in order to inform the couriers and in writing within 48 hours of delivery for insurance co.

Laws of England govern sales by Ukwenza and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
All sales are subject to these terms and conditions. No agent or employee has the authority to alter or vary these conditions in any way and we will accept no amendments unless agreed in writing and signed by a director or the secretary of the company.
