How much is the minimum value of an order?

Our minimum order value is £100 plus VAT plus P&P.  Carriage paid order value in mainland U.K. (except Scottish Highlands) is £200 plus VAT.  The minimum order quantity per style is 3 if under £7 and 2 if over £7 (Mixed colours allowed).

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed online, by post, telephone or email. Please contact us for any further information.

Are your items suitable for those with allergies?

All items are hypoallergenic and nickel-allergy free.

Can I open an account with you?

First order is always on a pro-forma basis, and delivery of goods is after the payment has been received. An account-opening form will be sent with the pro-forma, to be completed and returned as soon as possible.

DELIVERY

When should I expect to receive my order?

Orders are normally processed within 3-4 working days, but may take slightly longer during busy exhibition-periods.

What if my items are not in stock?

If your ordered items are not in stock, we will leave them on back-order, to be delivered shortly, unless advised otherwise.

What is your returns policy?

We will exchange a faulty item if it is returned within a reasonable period, provided that there is a clear manufacturing fault, or evidence that the damage occurred prior to delivery. Items mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced.

If you are UK based, we suggest you send the parcel to our Returns Dept., by Second Class Royal Mail service, and taking their proof of postage receipt (proof of posting is free). If there are significant delays in transit, we may ask for this receipt, in order to help us trace the parcel. If you are sending from overseas, please use Standard International post or other equivalent service, provided by a reputable courier company.

Your returned item will be dealt with in 7 working days from receipt, and a full refund or replacement will be sent to you within 14 days of receiving your package. Any other items received with the returned goods, and were not supplied by us, will be discarded, unless advised to be returned  at customer’s cost.
